NAGA governance

NAGA's governance structures ensure sound and effective decision-making; incorporate processes for accountability to the alliance as an entity and to individual alliance members; and maintain effective communication and information exchange within NAGA's network.

NAGA's Executive meets quarterly, with one representative (councillor or senior staff) from each member organisation.

NAGA's Steering Committee meets at least bimonthly, with representatives (officer or coordinator) from each member organisation.

In addition NAGA has a number of Working Groups to allow detailed project management and/or technical discussion and information exchange.
