Strategy

NAGA's Strategic Plan 2011-15 outlines 5 key strategic directions:

* climate change actions and responses (energy efficiency, renewable energy, etc);

* regional scale collaboration;

* advocacy;

* capacity building for NAGA members; and

* governance and organisational health.

The plan emphasises the need for urgent, regional action in our transition to a climate-changed, low carbon world.
