Governance

Picture
NAGA's governance structures ensure sound and effective decision-making.

The NAGA Executive meets quarterly, with two representatives (councillor and senior staff) from each member organisation.

Executive Working Groups draw membership from Executive and discuss Finance, Advocacy and Governance issues in detail to inform the Executive's decision-making processes.

The Implementation Forum has representatives (manager, officer or coordinator) from each member organisation.

In addition NAGA has a number of Working Groups to allow detailed project management and/or technical discussion and information exchange.

The NAGA Secretariat, which consists of the Executive Officer and Project Manager, supports and resources these governance structures.

NAGA is hosted by Hume City Council on behalf of all member councils.
